旅行透析（臨時透析）のご案内

キナシ大林病院では、旅行や仕事の都合などで旅先での治療が必要な方のために随時、臨時透析の受け入れを行っています。
（透析が必要だから旅行は無理と諦めないで気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。）

申し込みの流れ

電話（087-881-3631(代)）で透析室にご連絡ください。

※2ヶ月前から受付しています。

臨時透析当日の流れ

正面玄関を入って右側の総合案内で受付し、エレベーターで２階の透析室へお越しください。

  • 鬼無盆栽
  • 鬼無地区から国分寺地区にかけて、盆栽の栽培が盛んにおこなわれています。
  • 鬼無の盆栽作りの歴史は古く、二百年余り前、瀬戸内海沿岸に自生する松を掘り、鉢植えに仕立てて販売したことが始まりです。全国の「松盆栽」の８０％が、この地で生産されています。
  • お手頃な価格のものから高価なものまで、この地区で購入できます。透析にお越しになった際は、近くの盆栽園に立ち寄ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

  • 県民食として古くから愛されているさぬきうどんは、かけやぶっかけ、釡玉など様々なタイプがあります。
  • また、自分でうどんを温め、出汁をかけるセルフ店や、席について店員さんが注文を取りに来てくれる一般店、車でないといけない程の山奥にあるお店などいろんなタイプのお店があります。
  • 当院の近くにも何軒かあります。車が必須ですが、高松市内だと歩いていける場所にありますので、ご自身の体調にあわせてさぬきうどんを食べに行ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

腎臓移植をお考えの方へ

　腎臓移植とは、腎不全の方に対し他の方から臓器を移植して機能を回復する医療です。家族などから二つ有る腎臓の片方の提供を受ける場合を生体腎移植と言いますが、亡くなった方からの善意による提供を献腎移植と言います。死後に提供された臓器の移植を希望される方は、日本臓器移植ネットワークに登録して待機します。
　登録を希望された場合はまず移植施設を受診し、献腎移植について説明を受けます。 説明を受けた後、内容に同意された場合に登録手続きに進みます。登録用紙に同意の署名・住所などを記入し、次に移植に備えた血液検査を行います。これは献腎移植では提供者との適合性が重要である為組織適合性検査が必須となります。その後、移植施設より日本臓器移植ネットワークへの登録が行われます。登録が完了し、2か月程度で登録者宛に「臓器移植登録手続き完了のお知らせ」として「臓器移植希望登録証」と「臓器移植希望登録証明書兼患者負担金領収書」が送付されます。
　登録完了後の更新手続きは年に1回、毎年1月～3月頃に書類が届きます。(初回登録日から1年を過ぎた最初の更新の時期です)必ず、年に一度は登録した移植施設を受診し移植担当医師に更新の可否についての評価を確認してもらいます。
　更新が完了したら日本臓器移植ネットワークより、更新完了通知が郵送されます。
　腎臓移植を希望される方は、透析スタッフにお声掛けください。

※当院では献腎移植に力を入れてまいりましたが、残念ながら施設要件を満たすことが出来ず、2019年10月以降の献腎移植登録が出来なくなりました。今後は香川大学又は高松赤十字病院で登録申請をして頂くようになります。

Kinashi Obayashi Hospital accepts temporary dialysis requests at any time for those who require treatment while traveling due to travel or work commitments.
(Don't give up on traveling just because you need dialysis; please feel free to contact us.)

*Applications are accepted two months in advance.

Temporary Dialysis Procedures

Enter the main entrance, check in at the general information desk on the right, and after checking in take the elevator to the dialysis department on the second floor.

When you arrive at the dialysis department, please speak to a staff member. We will guide you.

After changing clothes and being weighed, dialysis will begin.

After dialysis is completed, a staff member will provide you with a dialysis progress record for the day, and your treatment is complete.

Payment Information
We will mail you a bank transfer slip yesterday, so please pay in Japanese yen by bank transfer. (Bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.)
*Credit cards and electronic payments are not accepted.

  • Kinashi has a long history of bonsai cultivation, dating back over 200 years to the digging up of pine trees growing wild along the Seto Inland Sea coast, potting them, and selling them. 80% of Japan's pine bonsai are produced here.
  • From affordable to expensive, you can purchase them in this area. If you're coming for dialysis, why not stop by a nearby bonsai garden?

  • Long-loved as a local dish, Sanuki udon comes in a variety of styles, including kake (soaked noodles), bukkake (soaked noodles), and kama (simmered noodles).
  • There are also many different types of restaurants, including self-service restaurants where you heat your own udon and pour the broth over it, traditional restaurants where you sit down and a waiter comes to take your order,and restaurants so remote you'll need a car.
  • There are several near our clinic. While a car is required, many within walking distance of Takamatsu City, so why not try some Sanuki udon depending on your physical condition?
